Allan Adler

Managing Partner

As Managing Partner of Digital Bridge Partners, Allan Adler develops and executes digital business innovation, value network and ecosystem, and go-to-market strategies for leading industrial and technology companies including Adobe, Boeing, Cisco, Marketo, SAP, Tech Data, VMware, and a number of new and emerging entities. Allan’s work and thought leadership helps clients refine their innovation cultures and practices, build profitable business ecosystems, and develop winning go-to-market strategies.

Previously, Allan founded and ran (as CEO) MSI Consulting Group; a 100-person sales and marketing strategy firm focused on the high tech industry where he became a leading sales and marketing strategist and visionary. At MSI, Allan was a frequent keynote speaker, conference leader, and contributing columnist for a leading technology publication.

After MSI, Allan completed the sale of WorkingWild assets to TIO Networks and joined that public company’s Board of Directors. Allan self-funded WorkingWild to become the #4 market share leader in the WiFi public internet access market. In 5 quarters of operation, WorkingWild developed the industry’s first profitable WiFi/HotSpot business model and deployed its IP-based network into a 2,000-location chain owned by a public company.

Allan also worked as a consultant with The Boston Consulting Group and received his MBA from Harvard Graduate School of Business where he was honored as a Baker Scholar. Allan is also a CPA and serves on several for-profit and not-for-profit boards.

Dylan Charles

Senior Partner

Dylan Charles has over 20 years of strategy and planning experience in a range of industries, including high technology, telecommunications, media, and consumer products, and he has worked extensively with clients in the development of market entry and go-to-market plans for Cloud offerings. His expertise includes market analysis and strategy development, partner and channel strategy, positioning strategy, market infrastructure planning including web, social media, and customer/partner management systems, and operations strategy.

Dylan has advised technology companies including Adobe, Cisco, HP, IBM, Microsoft, and VMWare. He has developed market positioning and launch strategies for media industry clients from Creative Artist Agency and Broderbund to National Geographic and PBS. He has also worked with telecommunications equipment and services providers such as Verizon, GTE, Hughes DirecPC, SBC, US West (Qwest) and others.

Dylan’s previous roles include Managing Director of Crimson Consulting, Partner in Charge of the McKenna Group’s San Francisco office where he shared responsibility for international partner firm relationships, and Managing Director at KPMG, where he established and managed the Strategy and Implementation Planning Group within KPMG’s Metrius practice, recognized by Forrester Research as one of the premier strategy teams in the industry.

Dylan is board chair of Ecology Project International, an international non-profit dedicated to education and the environment and on the City Car Share Advisory Board. He is a contributing founder of Solmetric a successful solar startup and was founder and VP marketing for an early ASP service provider focused on the retail market.

Dylan has a BA from Tufts University and an MBA from the Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA.

Todd Keleher

Todd Keleher is a strategic development, marketing execution, and operations leader with over 20 years of consulting and operating experience in the technology industry. During the course of his career, Todd has helped drive strategy and performance at leading tech companies such as Apple, Dell, Cisco, Google, Hewlett-Packard, IBM, Microsoft, Oracle, and several start-up and mid-tier tech companies. His specialty is in guiding client management teams to achieve dramatic results, both financially and culturally, and motivating teams to deliver rigorous analysis and tailored strategies to fast-paced high-tech companies.

Previously, Todd held senior management positions at R.B. Webber & Company, a leading boutique management consulting firm to the technology industry. In addition to his deep consulting experience, Todd was previously President and COO of a CAM-related company which twice was named to the prestigious Inc. 500 list. Todd began his technology career with Intel Corporation.

Todd earned a B.S. degree from Purdue University (with Honors) and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
